Return Process

Reach out to our customer service team via our help center to initiate your request and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your electronics to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided shipping label or address information clearly to the outside of the box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
